Over time, we realized that excellence alone was not enough. To maintain a high standard of service in different contexts and to continue growing safely, it was essential that our internal practices evolve along with the company. With this in mind, at the end of 2024, we decided to take a step further: to structure our #compliance<\/strong> area in a more robust and strategic way.<\/p>

In recent years, we had already been implementing important initiatives on this front. But starting last year, we were able to consolidate a more cross-functional governance structure, with dedicated technical leadership and the capacity to support the entire operation. We brought in a professional with experience, technical excellence, and the sensitivity to adapt compliance guidelines to the practical reality of a company like ours to lead this front.<\/p>

This was a strategic choice. Our goal is for compliance to be more than just a regulatory area; we want it to be present in daily decisions, supporting teams, bringing security and consistency.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We also believe that dialogue is the way forward. It is not just about creating policies and processes, but about involving people, explaining the reasons behind them, and generating engagement. When the team understands the value of compliance practices, it ceases to be a set of rules and becomes part of the culture.<\/p>

This alignment is especially important when dealing with international clients. They assess not only what we deliver, but how we deliver it. And compliance, in this sense, is a key element of trust.<\/p>

In the end, compliance is a daily practice. Conscious decisions. A collective construction that reinforces the solidity of our performance, inside and out.<\/p>
