Employees are the foundation of any organization, and their well-being must be a priority.<\/p><p>It&#8217;s essential that companies acknowledge the importance of a welcoming and safe environment, where employees feel comfortable discussing personal and sensitive issues without fear of judgment. Creating a welcoming workplace goes beyond words \u2013 it is reflected in daily actions of empathy, respect, and support.<\/p><p>During this and every <strong>#YellowSeptember<\/strong>, we must ask ourselves what we are doing for our employees\u2019 mental health.
